Day 4: Bogoria- Lake Baringo.
From Baringo it's a short drive to Lake Bogoria, a shallow soda lake set
amidst beautiful scenery. Like the other Kenyan soda lakes, it has no
outlet and the intense evaporation leads to high levels of salt and
minerals, which flamingos love and from a distance the surface of the
water appears bright pink. Next to the lake are steaming hot springs and
geysers, but don't be tempted to put your hands into the water if you
are at all fond of your skin! Continue south to Lake Nakuru National
Park, another shallow soda lake famous for its birdlife, and the park is
also home to lion, many rhino and if you're very lucky you may spot a
leopard in an Acacia tree. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Guest House

overnight at Lodge/ Camp.

and view the carpet of tea plantation from were Kenya gets its touch of
the finest tea. Dinner and overnight at Kericho Tea Hotel.

After early breakfast, take an early morning drive to Masai Mara
National Reserve. This will give you a personal touch of Kenya's jewel
of wildlife. Spend the day viewing game and bird watching. Overnight at
the Hotel / Camp.
Day 10: Mara Game Reserve
Full day of game viewing and Bird watching. Dinner and overnight at the
camp/ Lodge.

Located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the
Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems,
incredible bird life, and breathtaking views. Lake Manyara's famous
tree-climbing lions are another reason to pay this park a visit. The
only kind of their species in the world, they make the ancient mahogany
and elegant acacias their home during the rainy season, and are a
well-known but rather rare feature of the northern park. In addition to
the lions, the national park is also home to the largest concentration
of baboons anywhere in the world -- a fact that makes for interesting
game viewing of large families of the primates.
